Kerri partners with group leader to leverage accountability to support the shift that needs to happen.

Working with a geographically diverse team, or on a tight budget?  Virtual facilitation is the answer!

Kerri's educational background and training makes her skilled at facilitating interactive, online sessions with groups or whole companies.  

Kerri leverages breakout rooms, pre- and post-assignments and activities participants can do within their own site. 

Hybrid

Hybrid can have many scenarios: 

  • Some team members are in-person and others are virtual

  • Kerri is virtual, and the team is together in the same room

  • The first meeting is in-person, and the follow-up sessions are virtual

Mastermind Groups

Mastermind groups will help you discover blind spots, unlearn habits that are holding you back from shining your best, and give you a tight community to help you reflect about how you show up as a leader.  The group helps you go slow to go fast. 

 

Our program is unique in that it offers quantitative soft skill development.

What makes this opportunity unique?
  • You create an emotional intelligence (EQ) goal (not an operational outcome (you will achieve your outcomes as a result of growing your EQ, so the first step is enhancing your EQ)

What is the time commitment? 

The mastermind groups meet monthly for a minimum of 90 minutes.  Any additional time will vary dependent upon the goal you choose.  Some participants set aside time to read professional books, others journal or connect with colleagues within the mastermind groups to deconstruct next steps.
