Emotional intelligence (EQ) is argued to be more important than IQ. Emotional intelligence has these four categories:

This workshop focuses on strategies to increase emotional intelligence with concrete strategies that be immediately applied.

LEADERSHIP 101

This course focuses on topics such as:

  • Understanding  how your values drive your behavior 

  • Developing your leadership identity

  • How to give and receive feedback 

  • How to have tough conversations

ACTIVE LISTENING

One of the most powerful skills in leadership is active listening because it transforms relationships and problem solving.  It is one of the hardest skills to master. â€‹
