There are three essential steps to team and culture development.
There are generally three stages to the team and culture development: Develop a shared understanding of where the team / culture is at and where the individuals involved want to take it.

The skill development is highly tailored to each unique situation.
TRUST and VERIFY

This final stage in the team building is about holding the team and individuals accountable to do the work of changing behaviors, and Kerri helping with more professional development tools, as needed.

Becoming a thriving team means that the group and individual behaviors have to change. Unlearning has to occur.
