The transformative  coaching package is ideal for leaders who are in situations that are complicated, demanding and nuanced.  This coaching package is long enough to help leaders untangle the moving variables of the situation and solidify their plan and how they want to show up moving forward. 

 

The investment includes a Hogan leadership assessment and a 360 evaluation, where appropriate.

Breakthrough 3-Month Coaching Package

The breakthrough coaching package is perfect for leaders who  are working through a specific situation.  The three-month timeframe is perfect to hold leaders accountable to slow down and follow-through with the challenging work that needs to be done.

Just-in-Time Ad Hoc Coaching Sessions

There are times when leaders need a sounding board to process an emerging situation or to slow down and leverage their emotional intelligence.
